Stress can strike anytime regardless of time and make someone think or may be difficult to forget. This condition is due to the stress that comes affect the pattern of thinking.
Some stress can affect almost the entire body from physical, psychological until someone thought patterns. If this happens repeatedly it can cause more serious impacts.
When a person is under stress, especially if you feel anxious or depressed, the ability to think clearly and objectively will be disrupted. This condition would make him feel less capable or become weaker than he was, as quoted from Psychcentral.com.
One fact that emerges is that stress can inhibit the brain’s ability to learn new things or remember things long (annoying memory). When someone is trying hard to remember then it will be even less capable. This condition sometimes makes a person feel ‘blank’ when in the condition under pressure or stress.
But when someone has given up thinking about it or be in a relaxed atmosphere, then the thing to remember sometimes can suddenly appear in one’s mind.
This is because during the stress of the body will respond by releasing hormones that can trigger the physical changes as well as heart muscle to beat faster and tense. Hormones are released into the bloodstream during stress will affect the brain and the ability to think.
If the stress began to attack and disrupt the ability to think, then things can be done is a short break for relaxation that can soothe anxiety and helps the body and mind recover.

- Pick a quiet place and not be disturbed by other people
- Make yourself comfortable
- Begin breathing slowly and in calm mood
- Do not force yourself to relax, but try to release tension in muscles that allow people to relax and try to eliminate the thoughts that are disturbing.
- If possible, try to imagine things that are beautiful and fun as she closed her eyes.
