Today many people are lazy movement (Mager) and lazed happier. But you should avoid this practice, because of lack of movement or activity is not as dangerous as smoking.
A new study suggests not enough or lazy to move the motion to have the same health hazards such as smoking. In a study published in The Lancet in mind 5.3 million deaths worldwide due to less physically active.
Meanwhile, as a comparison, deaths from smoking around the world reached 5 million. This shows a lack of activity has the same hazard as smoking.
“Lack of physical activity has a major impact on world health. In fact, the impact could be comparable to smoking,” says I-Min Lee, ScD, epidemiologist at the Harvard School of Public Health, as quoted by WebMD.
Even so Timothy Armstrong, PhD, as the coordinator of the surveillance and population-based prevention program for the World Health Organization (WHO) in Geneva, Switzerland said that the lack of physical activity in fourth as a major risk factor for chronic diseases after high blood pressure, tobacco use and high cholesterol.
Researchers around the world reveals people rely too much on cars and other motor types trasnportasi when traveling, especially when in the office spent more time at the table.
The same condition also occurs in adolescents and children who spent more time watching television or playing video games than playing in the park. Though the lack of this activity plays a role in virtually every chronic disease there.
“We still have to keep smoking as public enemy number one, but we also have to compensate by doing the physical activity,” said John P Thyfault, PhD from the University of Missouri’s School of Medicine.
One of the easiest ways to overcome the lazy motion is try to start by walking a few yards when going to and from work, get up from my seat every few times and walked around, and found time to exercise.
