2. Eat more protein
Eating foods high in protein can also accelerate the rate of metabolism by supporting muscle mass. Quoted WebMD, protein helps build muscle and muscle burns more calories than fat.
Protein also works as an appetite suppressant by making you feel full faster and longer than carbohydrates. Eat protein to activate the natural hormone that promotes weight loss, called PYY. This hormone reduces hunger.

3. Do not snack at night
