Cancer has been a scourge to all people. Scientists were racing to uncover a variety of ways to prevent and overcome the disease of many kinds. One of the results found are walking for 1.5 hours each day to help reduce the risk of breast cancer in women.
Researchers claim for 10 hours of light exercise, including walking and doing household chores, can cut a tendency toward the disease at any age drastically.
Researchers also believe that by being active helps prevent the formation of fatty tissue and cells and reduce fat tissue there that will trigger the appearance of tumors. (more…)
