Purple strokes due to blood vessel dilation or varicose veins in the legs can cause pain and certainly will interfere with performance. This condition is triggered by many things, ranging from descent to lack of exercise.

Pain around the dilated blood vessel dilation occurs because it causes the nerves around it pressed. In addition, dilated veins in the lower limb (foot) also reduces the heart’s ability to pump blood back to the heart. (more…)
