Currently the number of women smokers is increasing. But from now on should be rethought, because smoking it can cause premature menopause.
One woman mentioned premature menopause if she has entered menopause before age 40 years. If this happens then the woman would be difficult to get pregnant because she was experiencing premature ovarian failure (POF).
A recent study conducted by researchers from Imperial College in London found that the pill is not a factor early menopause, but instead the researchers found a relationship with cigarettes.
This supports the results of previous studies that showed that the hydrocarbons in cigarette smoke can trigger cell death egg, egg so that one has to die sooner that makes it premature menopause.
“Although there are genetic influences, but if the mother experienced premature menopause is not necessarily the child will experience the same thing. Because POF may be due to response auto immune from the body,” said Dr Luciano Nardo, a gynecologist from St. Mary’s Hospital in Manchester, such as quoted from Dailymail.
Some other things are also thought to be a cause of early menopause as a disturbance in thyroid hormone, has a poor diet and a low standard of health care and often consume alcohol.
If a woman experiencing early menopause then she becomes more at risk for several diseases such as heart attacks, strokes and other cardiovascular disorders, as well as other health problems, such as osteoporosis, ovarian and colon cancer, gum disease (periodonyal), tooth loss and cataracts.
This occurs because of a reduction in the natural supply of estrogen hormone that is too early, causing hormonal imbalances and organ function in the body and changes in overall health.
Besides smoking itself can provide a lot of negative impact on women’s bodies, such as appearance is becoming less attractive because it makes the skin dry, dull and ultimately accelerate the onset of wrinkles.
