Most people believe that women will gain weight because of diligent making love. Most of the accumulation of fat will accumulate in the breast and hips. The emergence of this assumption is because most women do experience weight gain after marriage.
“It is a myth. There is no reason why the breasts or hips should be enlarged or damaged after a woman starts making love. Ejaculation semen can not be digested and are not mixed in the bloodstream. Moreover, 2-3 ml semen ejaculated on average only contains about 15 calories, “said Dr Asha Jain, a gynecologist in Raipur, India.
Some studies did show that most people gain weight after marriage. But studies have not confirmed it clear that this trend occurs in both women and men. Weight gain and nothing to do with making love in both sexes.
“Often, comfort in a relationship and a sense of security that makes people gain weight. Research also shows that people who are committed in a relationship tend to eat more than a single person,” said Dr Asha Jain as reported by the Times of India
A study in 2011 by scientists from Ohio State University was ever found that women tend to gain weight after marriage. The reason is that married women busy with household activities that do not have enough time to exercise and maintain fitness than unmarried women.
Other factors that influence weight loss in women is pregnancy, poverty, socio-economic and educational, but it has nothing to do with sex. If you want to avoid gaining weight after marriage, exercise regularly and maintain healthy eating patterns.
