Jamaican people Runners Good Because Hobbies Eat Bananas and Sweet

“But you can not just eat bananas continue his run so fast. What happens in Jamaica,both of these foods became a staple food consumed since a very early age,” ProfessorMorrison said as quoted by FoxNews.
Professor Morrison added, the benefits of sweet potatoes and green bananas for therunners actually did not directly make his running speed increases. A variety of content in it only improves energy metabolism, which then needed to run fast.
