Exercises For Eyes Squint

eyes squintThe most distinctive characteristic of eyes squint is where the eyeballs are not drawn to the object being viewed. By doing certain exercises can actually help strengthen the muscles in both eyes that can see the focus.

The eyes squint is one form of eye disorders in medical language is called strabismus or squint. These eye abnormalities usually one of the inherited disease (derived), but until now the exact cause can not be known.

Eye abnormality is a condition where the eye had an abnormal deviation from the location of one eye to the other eye, so the line of sight becomes out of alignment and at the same time both eyes are not focused on the same body.

Tuesday (12/14/2010) common symptoms arising from crossed eyes are eyestrain, blurred vision, difficulty reading and loss of perception.

Therefore, by doing some specific exercises can help train the muscles in both eyes become more focused. Here are some eye exercises that can be done, namely:

Exercises focus on objects near and far
Seeing an object that is close enough for a few seconds then quickly switch to the other side of the room. Make sure that both eyes focused on the same target when looking at something and before moving onto the other side. By doing this exercise often will help to change gradually.

Relaxation exercises

This exercise is known as palming, which relaxes the eye by using a warm hand to soothe the eyes and increase circulation. Rub hands together until warm, then place it in the eyes closed. Try not to completely suppress the eye and keep the neck and shoulders to stay relaxed, hold this position until about 5 minutes.

Practice moving target
The purpose of this exercise is to strengthen the eye muscles so that both eyes can stay focused on the same object even if it moves away gradually. Stretch arms forward and hold the object at eye level, then move slowly forward toward the tip of the nose.

Keep both eyes focus of the object each time the vision becomes blurry or begin to lose focus. Try to ask someone for help so that they can tell when a deviation occurs.Repeat the exercise several times each day so that the strength of eye muscles to be better.
