Supplies vitamins can be met in many ways, could be from tablet supplements or directly from the source ie fruits, especially citrus. The last way is preferred because the benefits of vitamins become more numerous.

“The unique combination of various compounds that contained in oranges make it very good for health,” said Prof. Tory Parker, a nutritionist from the Brigham University ,Wednesday (22/12/20210).
In a recent study, Prof. Parker found that the compounds are synergistic with vitamin C in orange are phenolic compounds that are antimicrobial. Combination with vitamin C to make the work more effective antimicrobial and antioxidant and beneficial.
