Trials that happened to someone dieting is to resist hunger because they have to reduce the portion of the previous meal. Hunger is what makes people stressed and the body delivered to the brain that makes the brain ‘ordered’ to eat more.
The new study by researchers at the University of Pennsylvania showed that the decrease and increase in weight can cause changes in the brain, which can make people more depressed and easily stressed.
In the study, researchers used mice as subjects. Rats which had previously been doing the diet and lost weight were more likely to eat high-calorie foods than mice that were not on a diet.
“Hunger can make people more often stress. In mice and also including humans, evolved neural pathways and active at the time of stress, will make you ‘thirsty’ high-calorie foods if you are short of food,” says Tracy Bale, PhD., From University of Pennsylvania, Sunday (12/10/2010).
Bale also said that, junket that occur when someone is being worsened by a diet of high calorie foods that are packed very interesting, for example on junk food.
“When the rats a diet high in fat, then there are parts of his brain active. The effect is like when people use drugs,” said Sarah Teegarden, PhD., A neurologist who also worked on this study.
To overcome this, the researchers offer some solutions to prevent the dinner party when you’re dieting, ie to cope with stress as soon as possible.
“If you can find a healthy way and also useful for dealing with stress, then it can prevent you from dinner party during the diet,” advises Teegarden.
Thus do the diet properly so that the body does not even stress that triggers the brain to eat more ordered. Avoid stress to diet to be smooth.
