“Is this because it is obsessed with counting calories, are struggling to pay for healthy eating or lack of time to think about what to eat, if it continues this way, will have serious impacts on our health, both in short and long term future,” explains Dr Frankie Phillips, a nutritionist.
Jenny Allan also said he has seen in some of the club increased the number of people who try to diet ‘odd’ or fad diets in an effort to lose weight quickly.
Diet is done because the fad is also commonly called the yo-yo dieting. Yo-yo dieting is the people who go on a diet to lose weight, but then increased again after stopping the diet weight. Diet programs that are not consistent body can give adverse effects to the body.
