The federal government in the United States launched a new regulation concerningpictorial health warnings are more daring and frightening on cigarette packs andadvertisements. 9th pictorial warnings on cigarette packs has been launched.
“With this warning, any person who takes a pack of cigarettes will know exactly what risks you can take,” Kathleen Sebelius, Secretary of Health and Community Services,as reported by CNN.
Sebelius says smoking and other tobacco use is the number one cause of death can beprevented in the United States. He claimed cigarettes have caused the death of morethan 440,000 people per year.

This warning contains a picture of a baby being carried by her mother who is full of cigarette smoke around him.
